George is the best realtor I have dealt with. I had bad experience with 3 other realtors. However, with George, I have had many transactions and all went very well. He was referred by my cousin who has been using him for 15 years and it has been over 7 years, I have utilized his services. Very professional, responsive, sincere, and takes care of you (especially: he guides you honestly instead of trying to get the transaction done and get commission). Even if you are ready to buy a property (and he can make commission) but he thinks there are flaws and you should avoid it, he is very honest about it. Similarly, when you are selling, he never pushes you to accept offers and rather keeps guiding you on how market is going. You truly feel someone sincere is representing you. I would never use any realtor other than George.
